Part-Time Sales Associate, Harrods
Role at Cartier, 3 days per week, including Sunday.
Deliver a unique client experience before, during, and after each sale. Proactively develop client portfolio while contributing to daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional client experience and adapt to client needs.
* Surprise and improve client experience at every touch.
* Negotiate and overcome objections with ease.
* Communicate passion and values of Cartier.
* Act as primary contact for After Sales.
* Meet quantitative and qualitative boutique targets.
* Develop strong client relationships and loyalty.
* Efficiently grow client portfolio and execute CRM actions.
* Engage in client events and serve as ambassador of the Maison.
* Respect brand and boutique policies and procedures.
* Support stock inventories and opening/closing setup and breakdown.
* Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines. Assist with special projects.
* Undertake administrative and stockroom tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* A proven track record in luxury retail.
* Sale oriented and target driven.
* Excellent customer service credentials.
* Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
* Result and action oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.
* Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
