This Recruitment Consultant opportunity is to join an existing team based in Doncaster whose main business areas are operating within the industrial sectors of the recruitment industry. This is a full-time position, with hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. As a Recruitment Consultant in this role you will be responsible for: ·Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients through sales activity including sales calls, site visits and networking ·Nurturing a candidate base through regular communication with existing candidates and careful screening and registration of new applicants ·Matching the right candidate to each role, booking them in and ensuring they have all information to carry out the task ·Following compliance procedures and ensuring accuracy in all work, written and verbal The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Consultant opportunity should have: ·A natural ability to build relationships, and a genuine love of getting to know people ·A background in sales, recruitment or events scheduling would be an advantage but not essential - a 'can do' attitude is most important! ·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work ·Great communication and teamwork skills, happy to 'muck in' and help one another in a team environment As mentioned above, this is a role that doesn't necessarily need previous recruitment experience as recruitment industry training can be provided.
