Location: *Eastleigh Preparation Centre*
Salary: *Up to £35,000 + Overtime + Bonus*

*Applicants must hold a Full Manual Driving Licence*

*What you’ll do*
As a *Vehicle Technician*, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every car leaving our Preparation Centre meets our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out inspections using company checklists
* Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to manufacturer/warranty standards
* Ordering required parts via our company system
* Ensuring efficient use of workshop facilities and equipment
* Liaising with supervisors to prioritise and allocate tasks
* Monitoring work progress and resolving issues
* Advising on best repair methods and timescales
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly workshop targets
* Communicating with internal teams where required
* Undertaking a full range of workshop duties
