The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Collections Administrator.
This role sits within a wider Collections department that manages the recovery of funds owed under contract, specifically within property leasehold.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the administration of recovering outstanding debts, helping to bring our clients cases to a successful resolution.
The role will involve communicating with clients and debtors such as mortgage lenders in writing and in some instances over the phone, ensuring FCA and SRA best practice are always followed.
Full-time 37 hours a week and Part-time options available.
Hours of work are flexible.
Hybrid and remote working accommodated.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills – you’ll be juggling multiple cases.
• Confident communicator – whether it’s with clients, debtors, or colleagues.
• Good time management – achieving deadlines are key.
If you’ve worked with a case management system previously that would be preferred but proficiency in using Microsoft applications is all you would need
* Familiarity with the debt recovery process and relevant legal regulations would be advantageous.
* Some knowledge of the pre-legal process and their impact on debt recovery is preferred.
