Project Support Coordinator
Join our Flow Monitoring Operations Team as a Project Support Coordinator professional and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. This hybrid role is predominantly remote, with the option to work from our Leeds office when you prefer and when needed. If you’re organised, proactive and ready to make a real impact, this position offers an excellent opportunity to support project performance across the business.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
Our successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including, but not limited to the following:
* Updating project trackers and ensuring all permits are submitted, followed up and closed
* Assisting with the creation and maintenance of project plans
* Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day logistics, appointment scheduling and ordering supplies
* Preparing reports and ensuring documentation meets company standards
* Maintaining project libraries, filing systems and reporting structures
* Managing risk and issue logs, as well as change control records
* Drafting Method Statements and Risk Assessments
* Supporting communication between project teams
* Carrying out additional administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* The ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
* Full computer literacy, including Word, Excel, email and web-based systems
* Clear and confident communication skills
* A flexible, proactive and detail-focused approach to work
* Right to work in the UK
* Confidence communicating with clients and the public when required
It is desirable, that you also have some or all of the following:
* Technical or industry knowledge in environmental or water services
* Experience with Confined Space permitted operations
* Experience working with subcontractors, such as traffic management providers
* Familiarity with site-based teams or field operations
