We are recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Audit & Accounts Semi Senior. This role is ideally suited to some who is part-qualified, working towards their ACA qualification.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and accounts services to a diverse client portfolio, while continuing to develop your technical expertise and professional skills while progressing towards your ACA qualification.

Key responsibilities:
* Deliver audit and accounts assignments across office and client sites
* Support senior team on larger engagements; complete work to standard and apply feedback
* Lead smaller assignments with manager oversight
* Delegate tasks to trainees and provide guidance and feedback
* Liaise with clients to support planning and delivery of assignments
* Monitor and report progress, budgets and timelines
* Take ownership of work, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
* Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
* Stay up to date with relevant regulations and internal systems
About You
* Experience in an accountancy practice within an Audit & Accounts role
* Solid understanding of audit and accounting standards
* Ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets
* Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
* Good organisation and time management
* Proactive, solution-focused approach
* Proficient in Excel and audit/accounts software (e.g. CCH)
