Care and Support Worker
Salary: £13.15 per hour
Location: Walkers Wood, Telford, TF2 7FF
Hours/Contract: 24 hours per week / Permanent
Walkers Wood has 76 apartments where we support 12 apartments in a secure location of the building for individuals with a diagnosis of Dementia and also support 17 individuals with a variety of needs. We support with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic support, social interaction, and shopping.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care to residents.
* Support medication administration.
* Prepare meals and assist with eating.
* Provide domestic support and maintain a clean environment.
* Engage residents in social activities.
* Assist with shopping and other errands.
