About you
* Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience developing and refining business processes
* Skilled in financial modelling, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analysis
* Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong communication skills, able to simplify complex information
* Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
* Collaborative team player with stakeholder engagement capability
* Desirable: experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate; regulated environment knowledge; project management experience; relevant financial modelling certifications
What you'll do
* Lead and support regulatory projects, including price control initiatives and reporting processes
* Manage licence compliance activities and regulatory submissions
* Provide regulatory input for market projects and organisational initiatives
* Develop and monitor performance reporting aligned with regulatory standards
* Support tariff calculations to underpin financial sustainability
* Engage with the Utility Regulator and other stakeholders proactively
* Collaborate across teams to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into organisational practices
* Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and reporting standards
