Are you a friendly, reliable and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a professional Site Driver to join our team at Lexus Croydon, playing a key role in ensuring our vehicles and customers are looked after to the highest standard.
As a vital part of our dealership, you’ll help keep everything moving smoothly – from vehicle coordination to delivering a welcoming and seamless on-site experience.
What You’ll Do:
Safely move vehicles around the site and between departments
Maintain car park organisation, ensuring smooth and efficient vehicle flow
Prepare vehicles for customer handover, ensuring they are clean and ready on time
Welcome customers on-site and direct them to the appropriate department
Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts and Valet teams to support daily operations
Ensure all vehicles are handled in line with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of the car park area
Report any vehicle damage, faults or customer concerns promptlyWhat We’re Looking For:
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player who can collaborate across departments
