This B2B role is ideal for someone with 12 years of experience in car parts or service advising, who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment. Product knowledge and a strong understanding of vehicle components are more important than prior sales experience.

Job Description:

1. Handle high volumes of inbound customer service and sales calls
2. Generate sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate automotive parts.
3. Offer technical advice and guidance on a wide range of vehicle products.
4. Support customers by sourcing and suggesting suitable components.
5. Compare different product options to find the best fit for the customer.
