Job Title: Senior Client Accounts Assistant

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and opportunities
o Act as first escalation point for complex queries/supporting the team.
o Handling of more complex queries from property managers and branches where required.
o Mentoring of Accounts Assistants and providing guidance support and advice for their personal development and growth
* Procedural/departmental processes.
o Provide the Team Leader with the support to manage KPI’s, identifying improvements/efficiencies, supporting with recruitment, 121’s and training.
o Timely completion of any required reporting.
o To review balances on Reapit and ensure system is kept clean
* Daily tasks:
o To carry out any other tasks or projects as deemed appropriate within the main purpose of the role.
o Reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts.
o Complete a daily bank reconciliation and client account reconciliation on Reapit
o Manage the credit control process of relevant invoice categories

What are we looking for:

* Experience within a property or client accounting related role (3 year minimum).
* High levels of numerical competency, able to make accurate calculations, and to explain them to clients in simple terms.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with the property managers & branch staff.
* Strong attention to detail and consistently delivering high levels of accuracy, Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
* Organised and punctual.
* Solutions focused, able to identify and implement proactive solutions for the benefit of the client, preventing escalation and delivering an excellent client experience.
