What will you be doing?
* Match suitable candidates to apprenticeship vacancies across our key sectors: Hospitality, Retail, Care, and Active Leisure.
* Build confidence and enthusiasm, while cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective learners, clients, and key stakeholders within Lifetime.
* Work towards and achieve individual & team KPIs, driving success through strategic efforts.
* Attend meetings with key stakeholders as needed to discuss recruitment strategies and outcomes.
* Discuss Apprenticeship courses in detail and effectively manage managers' expectations when sourcing new candidates.
* Maintain exceptional organization, ensuring clear communication with both Business Managers and young apprenticeship candidates.
* Combine multiple working methods to achieve recruitment success, adapting strategies as needed.
* Successfully match product offerings with needs, ensuring a best fit for all parties.
