Due to continued growth within our business we have an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Services team as a Client Manager.
The role will involve:
Producing illustrations
Obtaining valuations
Client review tasks, daily, monthly & annual
Fund switch processing
New business processing
Existing business maintenance
Policy issue processing
Admin support to Financial Advisors and Directors
Processing incoming and outgoing post
Answering incoming calls
Welcome clients & occasionally accompanying appointments
Essential Functions:
Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
Maintain financial records and files in organised detail.
Provide administrative support to clients and financial advisors.
Other duties as assigned by department manager.
Competencies:
Excellent oral and written communication Skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
