Piccadilly Construction, our in-house Contraction Management Team, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to deliver a commercial strip out which is currently live. This job will run for 2-3 months and is based in Croydon. The project is a 44 floor commercial strip out with no demolition.
About You:
* A minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management
* A proven track record managing commercial strip outs
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools (MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Initiative to challenge and drive projects forward.
