What You’ll Be Doing

* Provide administrative support to clinical staff and client‑facing teams
* Manage appointment scheduling, follow‑ups, and documentation
* Respond to client queries with professionalism and empathy
* Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive data with discretion
* Assist in streamlining internal processes and improving service delivery
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations

* Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling tools
* Understanding of occupational health or clinical environments (a plus, not essential)
