Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Fostering Team for Buckinghamshire Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing and supervising a fostering team to deliver high-quality services to children and foster carers.
* Overseeing the recruitment, assessment, approval, supervision, and support of foster carers.
* Ensuring fostering assessments, reviews, and care planning meet statutory requirements and national minimum standards.
* Providing professional supervision, leadership, and guidance to Social Workers and Senior Practitioners.
* Monitoring performance, managing workloads, and ensuring timely, compliant case recording.
* Working collaboratively with children's social care teams, partner agencies, and external providers.
* Contributing to service development, quality assurance activity, and continuous service improvement.
Pay Rate:
* £42 per hour Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent)
* Social Work England registration
* Substantial experience within fostering services
* Proven experience managing or supervising social work teams
* Strong knowledge of fostering regulations, legislation, and safeguarding frameworks
