You’ll be involved in working directly with our Strategic lead of Watertight, Mains renewal, IWJS to name a few, and you will touch a varied array of areas of the business. You’ll be a touchpoint of communication for a large number of people, so being empathetic, a forward thinker and having the courage to challenge upwards appropriately would be beneficial. You’ll also need excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. The role involves travelling relatively frequently to sites across our Midlands patch and beyond for stakeholder meetings.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines while supporting a busy executive environment.
* Diary management, managing mailboxes, organising meetings and travel, and preparing presentations.
* Serve as a point of contact across various teams and stakeholders to support business needs.
What We’re Looking For
* Ability to handle standard Personal Assistant tasks and support executive level work.
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
* Willingness to travel to sites across the Midlands and beyond for stakeholder meetings.
* Experience in a similar role at executive level is advantageous but not essential.
