Job Description:
Our Client, fast-growing boutique investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join its London-based team. The firm specializes in providing strategic M&A and capital raising advisory services to clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to senior leadership, clients, and live transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support execution of M&A and financing transactions across the TMT landscape
* Perform complex financial analysis, modeling, and valuation work (DCF, LBO, public comps, precedent transactions)
* Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations
* Conduct sector research, competitive analysis, and target identification
* Interact directly with clients, investors, and counterparties throughout the deal process
* Help mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives
Candidate Profile:
* Approximately 3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with TMT deal exposure
* Strong academic background with a solid foundation in corporate finance
* Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
* Highly detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication
* Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, high-performance team
* Passion for the TMT sector and a strong interest in advising growth companies
