In this role, you will support the design and maintenance of operational processes and control documentation across Corporate Client Servicing, ensuring they remain clear, concise, and effective. Your efforts will drive consistency, continuous improvement, regulatory and standard adherence, reduce errors, and increase ownership and accountability.
Your responsibilities include oversight of local Control Forums, providing governance and control insights, and collaborating proactively with colleagues across business, product, risk, and the chief control office to keep stakeholders informed and compliant with regulations and standards. This role is based in Knutsford.
Key Experience and Skills
* Prior experience supporting change and transformation within operational settings.
* Background in governance, controls, and policy implementation in financial services.
* Knowledge of Client Servicing processes and controls.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Practical knowledge of the Barclays Control Framework.

Accountabilities
* Develop and implement strategies to improve banking operations' efficiency and effectiveness using data-driven insights.
* Participate in projects aimed at performance and efficiency improvements.
* Create reports and presentations on performance and optimisation, communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
* Identify industry trends and collaborate across the bank to recommend changes and improvements.
* Develop and implement analytics and reporting to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
* Identify capacity creation opportunities in operations through data and MI analysis.
