There’s a small number of engineering environments where the work genuinely matters.
Where complexity isn’t just a buzzword - it’s the baseline.
I’m currently working with a highly advanced engineering business operating at the sharp end of system design and integration. They’re looking to bring in a Senior Hardware Engineer to take ownership of critical hardware delivery across complex, safety-driven platforms.
This isn’t a “sit in your lane” type of role.
You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle - from early-stage requirements and architecture through to validation, certification and delivery. You’ll work closely with systems, software and test teams, influencing design decisions and driving performance improvements across existing and future platforms.
There’s a strong blend here of:
* Electronic design (digital, analogue, power)
* System-level thinking
* Integration, validation and qualification activity
* Stakeholder interaction — both internally and externally
You’ll likely have:
* A solid background in hardware engineering within complex or regulated environments
* Experience delivering through full development lifecycles
* Strong problem-solving capability and the confidence to challenge and improve designs
* The ability to operate in a fast-moving, technically demanding setting
It’s a role for someone who enjoys ownership, enjoys complexity, and wants to be part of something that goes beyond “just another product.”
UK-based, security clearance required.
