What You'll Do
* Lead Financial Strategy: Take the lead on our financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles. Your work will directly inform business strategy and resource allocation.
* Deliver Key Insights: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Present your findings in a clear, compelling way to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
* Drive Business Performance: Work closely with department heads to manage their budgets, understand their financial needs, and help them optimize performance.
* Build Financial Models: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support long-range planning and new business initiatives.
* Improve Processes: Continuously look for ways to enhance our FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Proven experience in a financial planning and analysis role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
* Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications like CIMA, ACCA, or a master's degree are highly desirable.
* Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) is a strong plus.
* Analytical Mindset: An exceptional ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights.
* Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team or project. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
