Job Details: Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Pentre, Rhondda Cynon Taf Pay Rate: £89.38 per day Contract Type: Full-time, long-term Start Date: Immediate About the Role: You will support pupils with additional learning needs, including physical or complex needs, requiring both patience and practical support. Your duties will include: Assisting students on a 1:1 and small group basis Supporting physical care needs, including lifting and repositioning (manual handling) Promoting independence and inclusion Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher to deliver tailored learning Requirements: Previous SEN TA experience in a school or care setting Up-to-date manual handling training Empathetic, calm, and resilient attitude Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) Why Apply?
