Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems, providing technical advice and product recommendations. Prepare and follow up on quotations, as per our quotation and triage process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Liaise with production, and logistics teams to confirm product specifications, lead times, and availability. Support the external sales team with technical documentation, pricing strategies, and customer insights. Follow up quotations to customers, in agreement on the approach with the respective sales person, as per our defined quote follow up process. Maintain and update customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and increasing customers spend, based on customer needs. Supporting distributor growth and requirements. Work with the Internal Sales Team to ensure workloads are maintained. You will be allocated a territory to work within, however, during busy periods you will be expected to support your colleagues in other territories should they need support. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Stay up to date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor activity. Requirements Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field. A minimum 4-5 years experience in technical sales, customer support or aftercare.
