Randstad is seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team in Manchester. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas systems.
* Position: Commercial Gas Engineer
* Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week). Overtime available
* Salary:£39,000 - £43,000 per annum + OTE up to £50,000 + Standby pay
* Location: Manchester

Responsibilities
* Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas and solid fuel heating systems.
* Complete occasional installations.
* Undertake preventative maintenance (PPM) activity.
* Participate in out-of-hours work, including overtime and call-outs.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Report work using a PDA.
* Report accidents, near misses, and potential hazards.
* Handle additional maintenance tasks.
* Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers.
Qualifications
* ACS qualifications (CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT, COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CDGA1, CIGA1)
* Full UK driving license.
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented)
* Strong understanding of gas legislation and regulations, health & safety practices, and excellent time management skills.
