THE COMPANY:
A leading market research company is looking for a Business Analyst to support with the documentation of a fraud detection software product.
THE ROLE:
As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reverse engineering the software product to understand functionality, logic, and decision-making processes.
* Creating clear, structured documentation from scratch.
* Explaining to stakeholders how the system works.
* Collaborating with Software Engineers and Data Scientists to understand the technical components.
* Defining and implementing documentation standards, templates, and processes.
* Maintaining and updating Confluence pages and breaking down tasks in Jira.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst working closely with Software Engineers and Data Scientists.
* Background in a fraud-sensitive environment.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, building structure from a blank slate.
* Experience using Jira and Confluence.
* Market research industry experience is a nice to have, but not essential.
