Working as part of a the Food & Beverage team, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurants and bars.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting Duty Managers to deliver high operational standards across restaurant and bar areas
* Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day service
* Supporting the team with guest enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
* Helping maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
* Completing daily checks and ensuring procedures are followed
* Coaching, motivating, and supporting team members to perform at their best
* Driving sales opportunities and helping achieve business targets
* Creating a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, cafe, or food & beverage environment
* Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
* A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay organised and perform well in a busy environment
* Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to teamwork
* Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the nature of the role
