About the job
Main Duties
Lead and manage operational activities to ensure effective delivery of Leaders Apprenticeship with NPQ programmes, maintaining data quality, compliance, and funding adherence. Use data analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support learners in achieving their potential and timely success.
Objectives of this role
* Collaborate with Apprenticeship Performance Coaches (APCs) and IQA to meet and exceed KPIs, monitor learner progress, and ensure timely completion of all apprenticeship elements.
* Ensure programme delivery complies with regulations from bodies such as Ofsted and DfE, meeting learner, apprentice, and client expectations.
* Utilize Bud/CCMS data to analyze trends, identify risks, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
* Support operational teams to meet contractual targets, including success rates, referrals, and progressions.
* Drive improvements in NPS scores based on learner and employer feedback.
* Maintain high data quality standards, ensuring compliance and identifying optimization opportunities.
* Develop protocols for metrics and data management, ensuring up-to-date information across systems.
* Train staff on compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Support business growth by working with sales to maximize recruitment.
* Monitor learner achievement and manage gateway and End Point Assessment arrangements.
Job Responsibilities
Data and Compliance Management
* Use Bud/CCMS data to identify trends, risks, and support audit readiness.
* Address issues promptly and support audit and Ofsted visits with detailed system knowledge.
* Ensure compliance of all documentation and support audit processes.
Teaching, Learning and Assessment
* Monitor learner engagement, attendance, and progress.
* Support safeguarding, wellbeing, and functional skills development.
Programme Support and Management
* Collaborate with teams to improve tools, systems, and reporting.
* Coordinate with finance to ensure timely funding and compliance.
Quality Management
* Assist in preparing reports, maintaining standards, and evaluating procedures.
Continuous Professional Development
* Participate in staff development and maintain a PDP.
Administration
* Maintain learner documentation and progress records.
Other
* Follow safeguarding policies, promote health and safety, and support equality and diversity.
About you
Show evidence of the following criteria in your application:
* Experience in apprenticeship operations and data compliance management.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and regulations.
* Experience with data analytics and apprenticeship management systems like Bud/CCMS.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
* Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of Ofsted requirements and compliance.
* Excellent time management and analytical skills.
* Enthusiasm and proactive attitude.
* Experience with external audits and regulatory inspections.
* Proven track record of achieving learner start and completion targets.
