The Role We're looking for a driven, organised, and customer-focused Interiors Project Support Specialist to join our Complete Interiors division. Reporting to Phil Sibson, you'll play a key role in supporting our busy sales team, advising customers, and ensuring every project delivers exceptional results.
What You'll Do
1. Consult with customers to understand their furniture and interiors needs, budgets, and preferences.
2. Provide expert product knowledge and guidance, keeping up to date with design trends and supply chain developments.
3. Drive sales and revenue by delivering tailored solutions that balance functionality, style, and cost.
4. Use design software to demonstrate how interiors can transform spaces into inspiring, efficient workplaces.
5. Build strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, consistent supply, and innovation.
