Restaurant Shift / Floor Manager - Multiple Sites at Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. Location: M7 2YJ (Base Store with need to work in multiple stores). Salary: £12.82 + Bonus Scheme. Tim Hortons has an ever-growing presence in the UK and we need great people to join us.

Responsibilities
* Customer Service — Lead by example, treating customers as the top priority; be customer focused in all areas of restaurant operations; ensure accurate staff scheduling to meet customer demand; support the team to maintain operational efficiency; conduct regular store walks from the customer's perspective.
* People — Encourage staff to share suggestions and concerns; provide feedback on performance, set goals and objectives, and provide support and guidance; foster a positive team environment where every employee is treated with dignity and respect and is free from discrimination; manage performance with HR support as needed.
* Driving Sales — Understand sales and peak trade times, ensure products are merchandised and available, coach upselling and suggestive selling; continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the restaurant based on incentives.
* Operations — Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, employee turnover, food safety and health & safety standards; maintain composure under pressure; manage weekly stock orders and ensure quality; oversee maintenance and inventory; lead opening and closing procedures; uphold cleanliness and hospitality standards; promote health and safety reporting.
Key Requisites
* Previous experience of running restaurants
* A flexible and disciplined approach to work
* Experience in a food environment would be advantageous but not essential
* Able to work as part of a team and on their own
* Have a reasonable standard of numeracy and literacy
* Maintain a high level of food hygiene and food safety
* Experience handling customer complaints
* Maintain positive Health and Safety procedures and instructions are followed
