We are expanding our AutoStore team and now seeking an additional Sales Manager to sell AutoStore solutions in the UK. You are a passionate sales manager with a background in automated storage, intralogistics, or warehouse handling equipment. You will be responsible for developing the sales pipeline for our AutoStore solutions and possess the commercial skills and experience to grow a business from start-up to established success.
Your tasks
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Identification and development of opportunities for AutoStore projects
2. Sales of AutoStore solutions, including leading the sales phase from acquisition to contract, including sales project development, design, simulation, layout, budgeting, offer, contract negotiation, and closing deals
3. Creating optimal solutions that deliver customer benefits and value for Kardex
4. Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
To be successful, you will have:
* Demonstrable experience and success in managing complex solution sales, ideally within automated intralogistics solutions
* Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Collaborative nature with the ability to establish effective working relationships and lead sales projects across functions and borders
* Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with the ability to work in a start-up environment, self-driven, result-oriented, with a positive outlook on success
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or technical engineering (preferred)
* Willingness to travel frequently, including international overnight stays
