Construction Manager (TCA) - Leiston, IP16, UK Job Description Sizewell C. Sizewell C, site-based 5 days a week in Leiston, Suffolk ( occasional weekend work will be required)
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: Competitive depending on experience, plus benefits.
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
Bonus: Up to 5% annual bonus.

About the Project
This ground-breaking nuclear power plant project in Suffolk will play a vital role in delivering a sustainable future. Backed by EDF and the UK Government, Sizewell C is a once-in-a-generation project with significant opportunities to innovate, grow, and deliver excellence.

As a Construction Manager, you’ll oversee the re-construction of a key section of the SZC works. From tactical logistics planning to stakeholder engagement, your role will encompass the entire construction lifecycle, including:
Strategic Execution: you will be helping the PM TO Develop and implement detailed construction strategies and plans.
Project Oversight: To deliver new Projects into Sizewell C Project with Safety and quality at the forefront of our works.
Collaborating with contractors, regulators, and government bodies to ensure project success.
Driving innovation and embedding lessons learned to ensure world-class project delivery.
Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and a proven track record of their implementation.

We need a proven leader with a strong track record of delivering large, technically complex construction projects. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, on projects, and working within regulated environments.
Management Skills: Supervising Tier 1 contractors and team members.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methodologies, CDM Regulations, and earned value management tools.
Degree and chartered status in an engineering, construction, or other related field desirable.
SMSTS Required, CSCS site manager card required
