Adecco is recruiting Telephone Researchers to help Leicestershire Police gather valuable public feedback that drives real service improvements.
Responsibilities
* Conduct friendly, structured telephone interviews with members of the public.
* Listen carefully, ask probing questions, and record accurate responses.
* Be empathetic, professional, and courteous on every call.
* Help the police understand community needs by gathering important data.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Advanced typing skills.
* Good Excel skills.
* Experience speaking with the public on the phone or face-to-face.
* Ability to follow scripts and work towards KPIs.
* Strong listening skills and a compassionate approach.
* Quick to learn new software and follow guidelines.
* Must have lived continuously in the UK for the past 3 years (Police requirement).
Details
* Working 12 hours per week
* Shift times: 6pm to 9pm, Monday to Thursday
* Based at Leicestershire Police Force HQ, Enderby
* Hourly Rate: £12.55 per hour
