Conveyancer - Middlesbrough
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join the Middlesbrough office of an expanding regional firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancer who enjoys managing their own caseload and delivering a high standard of client care in a supportive, professional environment.
The Role
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Handling sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties
* Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and compliantly
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, client‑focused approach
