Job Description
* Lead the development and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy.
* Manage all digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
* Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance and make necessary adjustments.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to create innovative digital campaigns.
* Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
* Stay current with emerging digital trends and technologies in the FMCG industry.
* Lead a team of digital marketing professionals.
* Report on digital performance to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Digital should have:
* A proven track record of driving customer acquisition and product sales through innovative marketing campaigns.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive digital initiatives.
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
* Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing analytics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
