Role Overview:
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team, delivering exceptional client experiences. You will manage daily store operations, drive sales and KPIs, develop client relationships, and ensure visual and operational excellence.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Luxury retail experience with proven management skills
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Commercially minded with attention to details
* Italian language skills is a must.
