What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and strategic outreach via LinkedIn, CoStar, and industry databases to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Enrich CRM records with detailed intelligence on prospective clients. Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and actionable with up-to-date contact details, notes, and lead statuses. Own the process from first contact to appointment booking, ensuring a seamless handover to Project Directors. Build and maintain a forward-looking pipeline of high-value opportunities, advancing leads through the sales funnel. Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure strong communication and tailored collateral for prospects. Stay ahead of industry trends to enrich conversations and spot emerging opportunities. Seek feedback, refine your approach, and share valuable insights to support. What We’re Looking For: 2 years minimum experience in a Business Development type role. A proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with high-volume calling and confident using platforms like LinkedIn and CoStar. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for CRM management.
