What You'll Do
* working with customers to resolve reactive incidents, which may include blockages, pollution and flooding (internal and external)
* responsible for accurately collating and submitting feedback information from the site, such as incident forms
* responsible for your own health and safety as well as that of your team and any contractors, customers and the general public
* involved in routine maintenance as well as reactive work
What You'll Need
Customer focused and a team player, you will have a conscientious and committed approach and ensure you continually provide a high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceeding performance targets.
In Addition, You Will Need
* experience using single man jetting unit and CCTV equipment
* a QCF in sewerage operations or City & Guilds equivalent is beneficial but not essential, or you will be willing to undertake certification
* confined space trained and Streetworks certification for working on the highway would be an advantage, but is not essential as training can be provided
* basic IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office – full training will be provided for any internal systems
* to hold a valid driving licence. A company vehicle will be provided for your travel
* to be able to work in pressurised environments, 45 hours per week
