We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at a vibrant primary school in Altrincham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children in Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Year 4 class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Working with small groups and individual pupils, including those with additional needs
* Helping to maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment
* Supporting pupils’ emotional and social development
* Assisting with preparation of resources and classroom displays
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working in a primary school setting (ideally in KS2)
* Is patient, approachable, and confident working with children
* Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Is proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
