What You’ll Be Doing
* Installing and de-installing artworks for exhibitions, fairs, and private viewings
* Handling a wide range of artworks including paintings, sculptures, and mixed media
* Packing and crating works securely for transport and storage
* Working closely with curators, artists, and registrars on layout and placement
* Managing condition reporting and photographic documentation
* Assembling plinths, vitrines, and exhibition hardware
* Transporting artworks safely between locations using gallery vehicles or couriers
* Supervising on-site logistics during installs and deinstalls
* Supporting warehouse operations including inventory and storage handling
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and workshop supplies
* Assisting with artwork checks and insurance documentation
* Ensuring best practices in health and safety during all handling tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in art handling within a gallery, museum, or fine art logistics company
* Strong technical skills in art installation, packing, and transport
* Familiarity with handling contemporary and fragile artworks
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
