We are now offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Administrator Apprentice, supporting our operations under the ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation) scheme.
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to start a career in compliance, administration, or the renewable energy sector, with full training and support provided.
The Role
As a Compliance Administrator Apprentice, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of energy efficiency measures. Working closely with our compliance and retrofit teams, you'll learn how to manage documentation, support audits, and navigate industry-specific systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing and processing ECO4 submissions in line with scheme requirements.
* Upload and maintain documents within internal systems and funder portals.
* Monitor and track the status of submitted measures.
* Support internal audits and help prepare for external compliance checks.
* Keep up to date with ECO4 scheme requirements and industry changes.
* Provide general administrative support to the compliance team.
Requirements
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Comfortable using digital platforms and databases.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
