Recruitment Team Leader Location: Camberley, Surrey (Office-based, 3–4 days per week) Salary: £40-£45k + uncapped individual and team bonuses (package tba) We’re a modern, AI-enabled engineering & manufacturing recruitment business looking for a high-performing Recruitment Team Leader to drive candidate delivery while leading a small offshore resourcing team and managing / growing a select group of customer accounts. This is a hands-on billing role with real leadership responsibility. You’ll manage your own vacancies, deliver placements, and lead a small offshore team of Resourcers. You’ll be the bridge between client requirements and structured, high-quality delivery. If you enjoy building systems, improving performance, and leading from the front - this role is for you.
