Mansfield Palace Theatre is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and customer focussed Sales and Donation Assistant to join our Box Office team. If you’re a person that thrives on providing great customer service in a busy entertainment venue, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
As a Sales and Donations Assistant you will be the first point of contact for all audiences, contractors, participants and artists visiting Mansfield Palace Theatre.
Key responsibilities
* Give an excellent customer service online, over the phone and social media
* Create opportunities to maximise sales and donations to achieve targets.
* Respond to customer enquires received in person, over the phone, by email and online.
* Share content and populate cultural services social media accounts to promote sales and donations
* Ensure the correct set-up and sales of all events, donations and merchandise within the box office systems as directed by your manager.
* Act as reception and operate the cultural services telephones/main switchboard as required
* Achieve sales and donations targets including individual giving, secondary spend and event tickets
* Deliver a programme of organic social media content and targeted email campaigns
* Be responsible for the security of cash, financial information and data
* Manage all ticketing and sales requests
