Our client, a well-established and growing regional firm with a strong reputation for high-quality legal services, is seeking an Employment Solicitor with circa 5 years’ PQE to join their dynamic team in Leeds.
The Role: This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team handling a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You’ll act for a diverse client base including SMEs, large corporates, and individual clients across a variety of sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Advising on a full range of employment law issues
2. Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings
3. Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
4. Supporting corporate colleagues with employment aspects of business sales and acquisitions
5. Delivering client training and contributing to business development
About You: We’re looking for an Employment Solicitor who can hit the ground running and add value to a thriving team. Ideally, you will have:
6. Around 5 years’ PQE in employment law
7. A strong grasp of both contentious and advisory work
8. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
9. A proactive and client-focused approach
