The role of Salesforce System Administrator will include:
1. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
2. Custom dashboards and reports to meet business requirements
3. Provide 3rd line support for Salesforce-related issues
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system bugs and performance issues
5. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides
6. Ensure compliance with data protection and governance policies
7. Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features
8. Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience
Skills and experiences:
9. Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201)
10. Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
11. Proven experience using Service Cloud
12. Substantial experience of analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
13. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder)
14. Experience of managing and deploying Salesforce system changes through Integrated Development Environments (IDE), GIT and code repository tools
15. Experience working with 3rd party support organisations

28. Role salary is £32,244 with an additional policy allowance of £8,605 per annum (rising to £33,941 with an additional policy allowance of £9,058 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
