Divisional Corporate Sales Manager - Audi
Location: Marshall Motor Group, hybrid working within our Centre's and based out of a centre

The Role
To strategically achieve all Corporate Sales objectives, both financial and operational, by developing a highly professional and motivated Sales and Administration Corporate Team. You will be reporting into the Head of Sales and working closely with the LBDM community to achieve volume targets that support the manufacturer requirements and enhance the divisions profitability, through cultivating current customers whilst growing the customer base through new opportunities. Build strong and lasting long-term relationships with Audi UK. Ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and always maintained.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience within a Senior Corporate Sales position within the Automotive industry, where you are managing a team ideally remotely.
Although Audi franchise experience is desirable it is not essential. Due to the remote management element of this position, you will need to be happy to travel to our Centre’s based around the UK.
Job Profile and Key Performance Areas
Budget Management
Achieve all sales and profit objectives for the department. Work with the Head of Sales to ensure stock levels are effectively controlled, allocations are ordered in the required timescale and aged units are effectively targeted and sold. Have scrupulous debt control and ensure expenditure is monitored and kept within budgetary parameters.
Prospecting
Drive pro-active prospecting to identify all potential customers and maintain effective control of the DMS to maintain regular and professional contact.
Operating Controls
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration and operational data always complying with standards and divisional reporting policies. Ensure the Corporate Sales team always operates to Marshall standards and policy.
Marketing
Develop, in conjunction with the Divisional Marketing Manager, a corporate sales marketing and publicity strategy to promote products and services effectively.
Policies and Practices
Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by following all documented operating policies. Ensure all employment, consumer duty, environmental, Health & Safety and Trading Standards policies and practices, and statutory legislation are strictly adhered to.
Communication
Brief the team regarding department objectives and give regular feedback on achievements. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives.
People Management
You will be leading a team of 9 Local Business Development Managers. You will be required to ensure the systematic recruitment, induction, and performance management of all department employees and aim to minimise staff turnover by leading a motivated, productive, and rewarded team. Coach and develop the job-related skills of the team through regular and measured training activities. Seek expert advice from the Divisional HR Business Partner with all employment issues to ensure compliance with employment law.
