Your new role
We are working with a school in the South Liverpool area who are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September on a full-time temporary basis with the opportunity of going permanent for the right candidate. Our client is seeking someone with previous SEN experience, working 1:1 with pupils with different levels of needs.
You will be providing 1:1 support to help the child stay on task, understand instructions,plete activities and achieve personal goals.
Desirable Experience: modifying instructions, implementing reward strategies, providing emotional and physical support, dealing with managing behaviours and working on goals such as social and motor skills.
What you'll need to succeed
-Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
-Full DBS on the update service
-Skills inmunication, literacy & numeracy
-Experience of working with children with different levels of needs
