Role Overview
Join Currys plc as a Sales Colleague – Peak. This Fixed Term, Part‑Time role involves 8‑15 hours per week (usually 9 am–8 pm) at our Chippenham store. The position starts at £12.21 / hour, rising to £12.51 after probation, plus an hourly bonus (average £0.89).
We’re the UK’s best‑known retailer of technology. Our team is passionate, caring and committed to serving customers. As a Retail Sales Colleague, you’ll learn 2‑to‑3 days of induction, receive product training, and will help customers buy, service and support our tech.
Our stores are open 7 days a week. Working flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make each customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and ways to pay.
* Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across departments and product ranges.
* Support running of the store by completing operational tasks.

* Approachable and friendly.
* Keenness to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
* Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store.
