Overview
As an Account Executive focused on ERP solutions, you'll be responsible for driving new business through proactive prospecting and building strong relationships with potential customers. In your discovery conversations, you'll uncover opportunities to introduce the full breadth of our ERP offering, helping clients streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale their businesses. Your efforts will directly contribute to pipeline growth and increased deal size. You'll also have the opportunity to travel and engage with customers face-to-face. We're looking for true new business hunters, confident prospectors and strong closers who thrive on winning deals.
Responsibilities
* Prospect new business opportunities (self-generation)
* Manage the sales process for a diverse group of assigned new business opportunities
* Develop attack plans for assigned opportunities
* Effectively manage a sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets and forecasts
* Prepare clear, concise and professional proposals to prospective customers
* Respond to RFI's (Request for Information) and RFP's (Request for Proposal)
* Provide weekly reports on sales activities, results and forecasts
* Extensive experience in selling a range of software solutions, including Manufacturing SaaS, is essential
* Demonstrated ability to integrate sales methodologies into the sales cycle to accelerate deal execution
* A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your annual sales quota
* Exemplary presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organisation
* Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to strategy, customer relationships, negotiation and ability to close deals
* Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce (our CRM system)
* Hold a valid UK driving license
