What you’ll be doing
•Comprehensive Campaign Management: Lead the planning, optimisation, and management of digital marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Senior Digital Manager to meet our key objectives driving quality lead generation and conversions.
•Data-Driven User Acquisition: Use in-depth data analysis to pinpoint opportunities for optimising user acquisition, developing and testing content based on insights.
•PPC Campaign Collaboration: Work with the in-house digital team to set up, regionalise, and optimise PPC campaigns, including paid media landing page optimisation.
•Performance Optimisation: Identify and enhance top-performing channels driving sales leads and conversions. Implement channel-specific strategies and tactics to continuously improve performance.
•Innovation in Digital Performance: Introduce new methodologies and processes aimed at elevating digital performance, focusing on continuous growth, improving cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
•Experimental Marketing: Pilot new campaigns and explore channels focused on cost-efficient acquisition, emphasising scalable success.
•Performance Reporting: Consistently report back on campaign metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation to the business.
•Internal Communication: Share key results and analyses internally, presenting data in an accessible, insightful, and impactful manner.
•Budget Management: Allocate and oversee the digital advertising budget, ensuring optimal ROAS and fulfilment of marketing objectives.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure tight collaboration with the wider marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and supporting the brand.
•Agency and Supplier Management: Lead partnerships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high value returns from digital marketing investments.
Full Job Description:
You will have
Essential
•5 years or more experience in digital campaign management, from strategy to execution.
•Proven ability to transform insights into strategic action, mapping customer journeys and channels effectively.
•The ability to advise confidently on digital and social media best practices, with a keen eye for disruptive technologies and trends.
•Advanced in A/B and multivariate testing, enhancing organisational change through analysis.
•Proficient in the Google stack, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
•Utilises Excel spreadsheets for storing and manipulating data effectively.
•Understands tracking and tag management systems.
•Expert in campaign monitoring and analysis, using data to drive strategic enhancements.
•Demonstrates strong project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
•Experienced in budget management, optimising ad spend for efficiency and effectiveness.
Desirable
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields.
•Certifications from Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other advertising platforms.
•Experience of landing page and CRO optimisations, to improve campaign performance and create conversion-focused content.
•Experience with Infinity Call Tracking.
•Background in performance marketing within the travel or retail sectors, preferably with premium or luxury brands or with a digital-first brand is advantageous.
•Interest or understanding of sustainable tourism practices.
