The Job Youll Do;
Taking customer phone calls relating to the specific product information.
Quoting customers based on their requirements.
Liaising with customers regarding projects, lead times, delivery updates and technical assistance
Working with the design team to price/quote projects
Coding orders ready to be loaded on to operations
Keeping a good relationship with customers regarding aftercare (returns, tech support, reorders) etc
Working alongside our Sales team to ensure lead times are being met and customers are receiving deliveries on-time-in full.
Project take-offs (turning schematics in to functioning quotes)
About You;
Experience within engineering, manufacturing or another technical industry preferred.
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Great interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
